1. No Warranties. St. Anthony Messenger Press, owner and operator of OnceCatholic.org, disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in relation to this website. St. Anthony Messenger Press does not represent or warrant that the site is accurate, truthful, or error-free. You also should be aware that, while St. Anthony Messenger Press will use reasonable efforts to ensure confidentiality, it may be possible for third parties to acquire or discern information about you through computer hacking or otherwise. OnceCatholic.org is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The site is not a crisis hotline. If you have an emergency, you should call 911 or appropriate local authorities.

St. Anthony Messenger Press may in its sole discretion edit or elect not to post messages sent by you. St. Anthony Messenger Press may use messages sent by you for any purpose within the bounds of the Privacy Policy. You have permission to use the information on the site for private use and also to share it with others. St. Anthony Messenger Press and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts situated in Hamilton County, Ohio, should a dispute arise. Should any provision in these Terms of Use be found unenforceable, that provision shall be reformed so as to most nearly effectuate the intent thereof, and the remaining Terms of Use shall be enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by law. Any claim or legal action against St. Anthony Messenger Press must be brought by you within one year after the website visit, message transmission or posting from which your claim arises.
